Abstract

This presentation will explore the concept of healthcare capacity building to promote sustainable health initiatives in rural Haiti. A collaborative partnership between a Sigma chapter and non-profit organization working to educate and employ Haitian nurses will be provided as an exemplar for effective collaboration to improve global health outcomes.
