Early solo flight: Integrating perspectives of transition to practice in new graduate nurses

Abstract

Transition to practice research focuses on the first year of nursing practice. This session is focused on understanding the perspectives of new graduate nurses with 4 to 8 months' experience who are working in acute care settings and is based on literature reviews and original qualitative and mixed methods research.
