Abstract
A need exists for doctoral prepared nursing faculty in higher education. Unfortunately, a large number of doctoral students do not complete their coursework including the dissertation. This session will provide suggestions for facilitating the progression of doctoral students from both the faculty and successful graduate perspectives.
