Abstract
An effective and methodical approach to recruitment is crucial to the sustainability of Sigma chapters. This session will provide the opportunity to learn from Sigma staff about successful strategies implemented by other chapters, and ways to translate them to suit your own chapter's goals and initiatives. This session is not eligible for continuing nursing education contact hours.
