A unique collaborative disaster nursing training program designed for Japanese nursing students with firsthand experience of the Great East Japan Earthquake, Tsunami, and Nuclear Disaster. Simulation activities fostered decision-making, leadership development, and international relationships. Learn about how disaster responders and survivors utilized storytelling to educate and inspire these students.
