Abstract

A university is a multi-layered integrated system, each with its own characteristics and expectations confronting a nurse applying for a faculty position. The interview process is critical for both parties to achieve the "right fit" to promote satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. Applicant strategies for preparation for the interview are explored.
