Catalyzing Innovation Among New Nurses by Facilitating Adaptive Expertise

Abstract

This presentation addresses the significance of catalyzing innovative behaviors among new nurses through fostering adaptive expertise. Essential components to facilitate adaptive expertise among nurses are delineated. The role of the nurse educators is critical to providing optimum learning environments and employing effective pedagogy for professional nurse development as adaptive experts.
