Abstract

This study described the Finnish experts' perceptions of management and leadership competence (MLC) and its improvement in hospital context for the future. The Argument Delphi Method and inductive content analysis was employed as methods. Findings described the experts' expressed management and leadership competencies, improvements and future trends.
