Collaborating to Upscale Graduate Nursing Education, Leadership, and Practice in Vietnam

Abstract

Transcultural collaboration can be strategically initiated to develop leadership and upscale nursing practice. A successful partnership model has supported the design and launching of the first master's degree in nursing in Vietnam, providing for over 60 new nurse leaders, educators and researchers influencing population health outcomes through evidence-based practice.
