Abstract
In this multisite, longitudinal, non-experimental, descriptive research design, Jeffreys's SPA-R2 27-item questionnaire was used to measure and evaluate how restrictive or supportive select academic, environmental, and professional integration and socialization variables influence retention in nursing programs, as perceived by RN-BS completion program students.
