Abstract

Identify how an integrative approach to well-being improves awareness of self-care and self-care practices for nurses. Components of mindful awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-compassion will be discussed, followed by experiential Micro-Restorative practices which can be incorporated into the workday to relieve stress and promote caregiver well-being.
