Abstract

The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the level of knowledge of evidence-based practice (EBP) among registered nurses (RNs) who have joined the profession within the last 5 years. The Promoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Services PARIHS framework provided the appropriate lens through which to discover the experiences of nurses and their use of EBP.
