Abstract
Although 16% to 26% of infants are irritable or colicky, little is known about their behavior as children. The purpose of this study was to compare the sequelae of six to eight year old children who had infant colic with those who did not. Characteristics of children were compared in terms of temperament, problem behavior, intelligence, executive function, and parent stress.
