Abstract

The purpose of this study is to answer the following questions: (1) To what extent do NHA CNLs report engaging in CNL competency-based activities in their current positions? (2) Does NHA CNLs' engagement in CNL competency-based activities vary by job titles? (3) What roles were certified CNLs enacting if they were not hired into officially titled CNL roles?
