Abstract

This quasi-experimental study was designed to determine the extent to which nurses' willingness to care is influenced by mode of HIV transmission. A reformulation of King's Model of Human Interactions was used to theoretically guide the research. The study examined the willingness to provide care of 189 staff nurses from three hospitals.
