Abstract

The purpose of this non-equivalent, multiple year, quasi-experimental study was to evaluate service-learning as an innovative teaching strategy to change pre-licensure baccalaureate nursing students' perceived transcultural self-efficacy (TSE) in providing culturally competent nursing care to diverse populations.
