Abstract

Education is essential for improving patient outcomes, particularly in managing hypertension among Hispanic populations, by tailoring interventions and assessing patients' readiness to learn. This DNP project guiding question is: What is the impact of a comprehensive education program for adult Hispanic hypertensive patients on their knowledge of hypertension management?
