Successful resume writing depends on a nurse's ability to succinctly highlight their unique experiences, skills and abilities, allowing them to stand out from the sea of similar applicants that a manager will review. A nurse manager will form their first impression of a nurse based on the professionalism of the applicant's resume. Learn how to make that impression positive and how to stand out from the crowd.

She reviews more than 40 international nurse resumes a week and interviews nurses from all over the world. Prior to her position with Interstaff, Stacy was a hospital nurse manager, so she knows what recruiters and hospitals are looking for in a successful application.Stacy is also the Indiana State President of the Emergency Nurses Association.
