Abstract

Healthcare's MissingLogic Podcast serves healthcare leaders in living a resilient and balanced life, and to work with healthcare organizations committed to creating healthy, healing work cultures.

The battle against clinician burnout is real. You may or may not realize there was a significant problem with clinician burnout prior to the pandemic and now on top of that clinicians are experiencing significant mental health and PTSD challenges as a result of their experiences during the COVID pandemic. This is not a battle individuals can fight alone. System supports, infrastructures, and leadership are critical.

In this episode we speak with Dr. Christine Pabico and Paulette Sepe about what ANCC and the Pathway to Excellence Program® does to support clinician well-being.
