Abstract
During the Fall of 2016, student leadership interns of Delta Xi chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) implemented a project to address STTI goals of advancing world health, and celebrating nursing excellence through leadership and service. The project they chose was to support a nationwide initiative, Project Night Night, by collecting donations, assembling, and distributing tote bags to children in homeless shelters. Each tote contains a fuzzy blanket, a cuddly stuffed animal, and an age-appropriate book.
