Abstract

The purpose of this guideline is the development and utilization of "client centred" best practice for all health sectors, which empowers the client, improves client satisfaction, and enhances quality of care and quality of work life. The central theme of the guideline focuses on the experience of the client from his/her perspective, minimizing vulnerability, and maximizing control and respect.
