Abstract

The Readiness Estimate & Deployability Index measures the level of individual deployment readiness among military and civilian nursing personnel for operations in austere environments such as conflicts and natural disasters. Versions for the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force as well as civilian nurses have been developed and tested.
