Abstract
Besides the well-known traditional nursing career paths, such as the clinical and academic settings, there is a wide variety of non-traditional nursing roles worth exploring. This concise advocacy manuscript seeks to open dialogue and collaborations that inspire the creation of innovative pathways conducive to recruiting more individuals to this caring and empathetic profession within health care.
