Abstract

This organization will present the scenarios encountered when preparing for and training a large group (over 50) new graduate nurses starting at one time. The presentation will focus on planning steps, execution steps, and lessons learned over the yearlong training of these new graduate nurses entering the organization. Speakers will also present the organizational barriers encountered during the planning and implementation processes.
