Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the quality of nursing care in the sense of:

  • maintain and/or increase the rates of positivity in the continuous improvement of processes.
  • strategically monitor the daily practice of care according to indicators sensitive to clinical assurance and safety that comes from positivity indices.
