"Implementing Age-Friendly Health Systems: A Call to Action from a Geriatric Resource Nurse Champion" explores the critical components of Age-Friendly Health Systems (AFHS) and their application in everyday healthcare settings. It emphasizes the importance of addressing the unique needs of the rapidly growing older adult population through the implementation of the 4Ms framework - ”What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility.

Description

The presenter is one of the invited resource speakers of the Philippine Nurses Association of North Carolina (PNA-NC) for their Quarterly Professional and Clinical Updates. This PNA-NC event, aptly named "Our United Voices for Advocacy and Collaboration," was held last July 20, 2024, from 08:45 AM to 12:40 PM via Zoom (online).
