The aging population globally necessitates an effective approach to medication management, particularly among older adults who are at a higher risk for adverse drug events (ADEs). This presentation explores the intricacies of medication management for older adults by comparing and contrasting practices and guidelines from the United States and the United Kingdom.

Description

The presenter is one of the invited resource speakers of the Philippine Nurses Association of North Carolina (PNA-NC) for their Quarterly Professional and Clinical Updates.
