Abstract

The specific obstacles and opportunities that young nursing leaders must navigate call for a multifaceted strategy to be effective. Leaders at the bedside and in the global platforms require courage and daring leadership, which can be difficult to navigate. Some key elements in enabling young nurses to develop their leadership skills include effective mentoring, professional development programs, and creating a supportive environment which can still be challenging despite the accessibility of resources and information right at our fingertips. This webinar will explore the challenges and practical solutions for young nurse leaders while ensuring mental health balance as we strive to achieve this era's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Learning Outcomes:

- Recall at least one way a young nurse can enhance their leadership skills for a global impact.

- Identify practical solutions for young nurse leaders to help achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
