Abstract
In this final webinar in the Creating Healthy Work Environments series, we will highlight the importance of student and nurse well-being. Stress and fatigue are major concerns as nurses transition from student to professional nurses, and it's negatively impacting overall nurse retention. In fact, a recent study showed that 75% of intensive care nurses from 23 countries expressed an intent to leave. Join us for this webinar as we share important information to help students and nurses maintain well-being and develop professional relationships. Learn more from the following presentations: Exploring the Social Determinants of Learning in Pre-Nursing Students: Psychosocial Health and Learner Well-Being Embedded Librarianship in a DNP Health Policy Course Critical Care Code: The Algorithm Behind ICU Nurse Retention Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to express at least one thing to enhance nursing student and/or nurse well-being.
