Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between personal factors (illness perception, expectations of end stage renal disease and dialysis treatment), interpersonal factors (religiosity, spirituality, and social support), and structural factors (health literacy and trust in healthcare) and whether Blacks with ESKD on dialysis engage family in informal ACP.
