Abstract
The overarching purpose of this study was to understand diabetes self-management in pregnancy and breastfeeding experiences in Thai women with preexisting Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). The specific aims include: 1) describe attitudes and confidence toward diabetes self-management in pregnancy; 2) describe the barriers and facilitators of diabetes self-management in pregnancy; 3) describe breastfeeding confidence and intention in pregnancy; 4) describe breastfeeding barriers and facilitators in postpartum women with T2DM.
