This presentation will provide the novice researcher with basic strategies for writing research abstracts, proposals, and grants. The session will enable participants to gain a basic understanding of the characteristics of successful abstract and grants to enable them to put forth future submissions. Participants will interact with past recipients of STTI small grants and experienced researchers who will provide practical information on the writing, submission, and follow-up process.
