Abstract
The study was planned methodological research was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, the language equivalence of the scale, second stage is assessment the Content validity, the expert opinions obtained were assessed by the Content Validity Index. The result showed that inter-observer compliance of incontinence associated dermatitis Assessment Scale is high.
