Nursing students" face many challenges: include time management, academically thought-provoking coursework, and learning new skill-sets for quality patient care. The purpose of this study was to measure the self-efficacy of culturally diverse nursing students. Which had the greatest impact - clinical attire or working as leaders in a collaborative setting?
