Abstract
Nurses’ ability to manage every day operations may be influenced by stress which can affect patient outcomes. This project researched which strategies would be successful for improving coping skills and increasing personal resilience by decreasing stress, increasing mindfulness, and increasing work/life balance for hospital based Labor and Delivery nurses.
