Abstract

Nursing faculty have struggled with what approaches can produce desired learning outcomes of multicultural activities in developing nursing student cultural competence. This comparative and predictive quantitative study was conducted to identify the factors that can influence the cultural competence in undergraduate nursing students in order to develop effective teaching strategies.
