Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to describe curricular innovation using the LEAN process. The proliferation of doctor of nursing practice (DNP) programs has driven faculty to re-examine the focus of the school of nursing DNP Program. Curriculum gaps were identified and program revision occurred.
