Abstract

The purpose of this clinical project is to improve provider communication skills and, thereby, improve patient health outcomes. This researcher participated in Patient Centered Caring Communication (PCCCI) training. The PCCI tool, however, required evaluation to determine its effectiveness at improving communication between the patient and provider in order to improve health outcomes.
