Abstract

The study explored the relationship between emotional intelligence, stress and coping strategies of undergraduate nursing students. Three quarters of the students enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing course were experiencing significant levels of stress. This result presents the opportunity to develop strategies geared to improving students' learning experiences.
