Abstract

The target audience of this presentation is nursing educators who are interested in evidence-based course design, especially for transcultural nursing course. The audience will learn the effect of transcultural nursing course on the change of Taiwanese students' multicultural caring competence, and utilize the findings to develop better course contents.
