Abstract
Disaster-nursing skills based on OSCE are associated with the readiness for disaster management competency. Predictors of disaster-nursing skills based on OSCE include gender, nursing ladder, and previously received disaster training. This can be taken into considerations for future promoting nurses' disaster management competency and disaster nursing skills.
