Abstract

To maximize the BSN workforce at a state-run university hospital, the college of nursing and hospital administration join forces. Collaborative efforts lead to the creation of an "Instant Decision Day" event, resulting in a nearly 300% increase in enrollment of the hospital's nurses to the college's BS completion program.
