Abstract
The purpose of this meta-synthesis was to understand the transitional healthcare needs of patients with type 1 diabetes in age 16-25 years old. Including 5 themes: health, autonomy, interpersonal interaction, society, and spiritual. The results are offered as a reference for the empirical guidelines of clinical care.
