Abstract
An innovative Pain Dashboard with an EMR Pain Report allowed an interprofessional team to monitor patient's pain throughout the hospital, intervene immediately, then improve communication about pain through motivational interviewing. This innovaton promotes a safer, opioid sparing approach to pain management.
