Abstract

Teamwork and collaboration are necessary skills for the nursing profession. However, if male nurses to not feel accepted by their female nurse colleagues, these necessary skills may be impeded. The results of a study comparing male and female registered nurses attitudes of acceptance of male nurses will be discussed.
