Cultural Diversity in the Nursing Workforce

Abstract

In a qualitative study, six nurse leaders were interviewed on cultural and contextual factors that influenced their personal leadership development. The purpose of the study is to understand which parts of effective leadership are consistent among nurse leaders globally and which parts can only be understood within the cultural context.
