Abstract

Building strong, mutually beneficial global exchange programs is highly valued the Emory School of Nursing. In order to develop these exchanges, student and faculty teams have reviewed current literature on nursing exchange programs in addition to being intentional with asking global partner sites about their outcome goals for the partnership.
