Abstract

The aim of the project is to reduce the incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in our medical intensive care unit. Currently, 82% of patients have dermatitis. By designing an evaluation flow chart for the evaluation of urinary incontinence-associated dermatitis, the incidence was reduced to 18.5%.
