Abstract
A quasi-experimental design was used to examine the effect of self-titration program among insulin treated type 2 diabetes. The results of this intervention study reveal self-titration program was an effective education in glycemic control, self-efficacy and self-care behavior in insulin treated type 2 diabetes patients, without increasing adverse events.
