Abstract

This poster presents preliminary findings from a study evaluating the feasibility and acceptability of a mindfulness meditation practice delivered by an app for Nurse Residents (Registered Nurses recently graduated and new to practice). This study uses a mixed-methods design incorporating quantitative research instruments, journaling and a focus group.
